I've had the TOUGHEST customer support with ACS - I barely understand where you can start. I've spent hours of my time-on the telephone together, having people possibly inform me A) they CAn't solve my criticism (therefore ostensibly, informing me "also poor"), or W) informing me they've done whatsoever I am seeking simply to discover later that nothing improved and nothing was completed. Their site isn't easy to use as well as their emails are complicated, occasionally contradicting themselves. They've an incredibly sluggish running period, and also the justification I noticed for this in one supervisor I talked to about the telephone was that "we are a large organization". (I work with a sizable, nationwide organization aswell and we still have quick running situations.) One "supervisor" I talked to about the telephone, Eric Area, offered me his current email address to check out on anything with and it has didn't contact me back despite numerous emails. While I've named and requested to talk to him again I'm informed they cannot link me to him until I've his immediate expansion, after which whoever else I am caught talking with, the "supervisor" for that evening, is not ready to assist me anymore than he did. I'm so discouraged in the period of time I've to invest about the telephone together or in the fax device, understanding you will see no payment for OUR time spent moving their program once the issue is theirs. I really could not suggest more firmly to others they stay away from the corporation.
