I've had a charge card with Lender of America since 2003. After I first exposed my account I'd a Examining and Preserving balances in addition to my charge card bill. I'd issues with my checking and savings balances within 2 yrs of starting the balances and decide to shut them in the place of contiuning to complete business with Bank of America. After I shut my checking and savings accounts I had been educated when I decide to shut my charge card bill it'd result my credit rating negitatively. I'd not had any issues with the consideration and so I held the charge card available. I've usually created my funds promptly and settled somewhat within the minimun necessary quantity. On my newest payment record the cost from last month (May) wasn't acknowledged to my bill. I named to ask why this cost hadn't been acknowledged to my consideration actually believed the check was already removed through my present banking account and after being transferred 3 times was informed to get hold of my lender and recommend them that the running and code mistake had happened. I've the evidence that Lender of America obtained my cost nonetheless they took the positioning that my check isn't enough evidence of cost for them-they wouldn't actually recommend were a duplicate of my check might be delivered to challenge this issue. This isn't authorized and that I intend to proceed to challenge this problem together. I'd never suggest the corporation to any I understand.
