I suppose I am joining the rates of individuals who dislike the methods of CitiMortgage. Due to Barakis "house inexpensive" plan, we allegedly find a way to refinance with this current bank JUST. Every other bank and also the price could be high. Therefore we attempted to refinance with CitiMortgage - our current bank. We certified without any issues (revenue, credit scores, etc.). We settled the $400 application fee. CitiMortgage proceeded to "not continue" using the mortgage process. We were informed our fresh funds might start in Sept... By December, they nevertheless hadn't shut the mortgage. Anything terminated (mortgage lock, certification, etc.) plus they terminated our paperwork. Basically, they got us for $400 bucks, and we still possess a mortgage we can not afford. Where would be the customer regulations that guard the customers out of this kind of fraud?
