Citicorp Mortgage Inc. Fraudulent ripoff business

My wife and I bought a house in the summer of 2001. We went with a FHA mortgage because we were first time buyers. With the benifits of FHA we are able to refinance at no charge to us. So we took advantage of the situation and did a couple times. So the last time we refinanced we recieved First national mortgage as our provider (great company never had a problem) a couple months later we get the letter that first national and Citimortgage had the merger. And that is when hell broke loose.

Since the merger citimortgage has lost one of our payments. We spoken to numerous representative (who don't ever know anything) to try and fix the situation and nothing happened, no returned phone calls nothing. After months of fighting with them, i threaten togo to the better buisness bureo and then finally an investigator from citimortgage contacted me and requested copies of the CLEARED CHECK (that we had faxed them 10 times already) and promised us a full investigation on the account.

But yet i am STILL recieving threatening letters on foreclosures and phone call at all hours of the day. So now the investigation is STILL underway, i am still recieving phone calls and letters (even though they told me it would stop). And to top it all off i wanted to refinance once again, with the interest rates being so low, i can not refinance because my account is not current. So now they are costing me MONEY!!
