I'm dealing with a short-sale. Bank of America retains the very first and Greentree retains the 2nd. The harassment of Greentree continues daily despite the fact that I've an attorney in position to agent the short-sale offer. They're rude and lay about anything they claim. I attempted to sort out a change cope with them before I went the short-sale path. These were so hard to work well with that I quit. I'm in the stage today they are able to come consider the residence having a short-sale or perhaps a foreclosure. I simply need the calls to prevent and obtain back again to an ordinary lifestyle. It creates me question anything about America since the corporation is permitted to do whatever they need plus they be seemingly carrying it out to your large amount of people! I really hope they obtain a class-action suit planning against them and BOA for promoting my second-to them...
