ASC loan scam!

I'd like e start case case against ASC. I actually donot understand how did ASC got over my mortgage loan from my lender. I had been behind my funds. We attempted to complete short-sale with ASC. Customer provided $385,000 and ASC declined. ASC stated that they need $407,000. Fresh customer decided to spend $407.000 to purchase my residence. Property agent offered a brand new present of $407,000 to ASC plus they stated negotiator may contact agent and customer. Nobody heard from their store whatsoever. Agent, vendor, and customer (me) named ASC a lot of occasions, we could not get hang on anyone, we did only handful of times talked somebody however they transferred us to another person and we'd to depart a note again. They never began short-sell actually fresh customer decided to pay-what they requested. We'd to hold back for them for some time. Never received a telephone call or perhaps a correspondence or a notice. Then after while Somebody bumped my doorway and he explained " my residence comes in market recently". I stated"how is the fact that feasible, we decided to for sale with lender, we're awaiting them to shut it." Man served like he doesn't understand it and maintain saying it occurs to everyone. ASC must of atleast provide us a foreclosure purchase notice or warning something similar to that. They might of state that they alter their brain on short-sale, they do not wish to sale it. Then I'd search for additional answer. But heck no, asc simply chose to purchase it on auction without enabling or telling anyone for the reason that residence. The one thing we heard was " condo comes in market, you've to depart the system".
