Horrid customer service, no follow through

In mid-February, I went directly into update my telephone. [update day was 2-6] selected one having a touchscreen. The 'supervisor' settled more focus on his co worker than in my experience, the client. To start support with this telephone, he'd to fall my present plan, start support and them reapply the plan. Finished is. He forgot the spend texts. I added that in the home after I also recognized I didn't have movie abilities, anything he didn't tell me. Required the telephone when the shop opened and was informed I'd to pay for a restocking charge. Unhappy but discovered another telephone, the Pantech Crux. It needed to be purchased online. Got home and browse the evaluations. [these were alost as terrible whilst the support obtained] Named both customer support and also the shop and was informed they might not stop the purchase, despite the fact that I named inside a time of getting the telephone requested.

It's currently per month later. After numerous telephone calls and e-mails, not just do I will have a telephone but my update day hasn't been transformed back again to 2-6 when I was guaranteed by atleast 2 repetitions, their administrators and somebody calling to react to my grievances using the BBB. Our agreement ends 6-6 and I'm going to be damned if I'll stick with Verizon Wireless-A time longer than I've to.

Ohh... They explained the day couldn't be put-back to 2-6 since their program would not let it. Humorous but would not you believe supervisors, administrators and all customer support people would realize that and never guarantee it to some client? Not here.
