Refund overdue me

I've been a faithful client of Primary TV for quite some time. After much run-around, countless moving of calls to 1 individual to a different for over an hour or so, I got frustrated and changed to TW Wire. I determined after 2 weeks to return to Direct TV. These were happy. Guaranteed me the "moon". Well, not necessarily. I had been advised I'd a credit of $57.59 and since I had been this type of faithful client, these were likely to provide me another $25.00 credit.installation was ready. I decided I needed a DVR and named to increase my purchase. I also informed them if it had been difficult to get the modified purchase, that I'd reschedule another installation period. 8 calls later exactly the same day, I'd nearly had it and stated "basically am moved again, I'll stop my purchase along with you". The broker stated "good" and purchase was terminated. I subsequently called back 24 hours later requesting that my reimbursement be delivered to me. This reimbursement have been about the publications for just two weeks. I tested my bill "on line" also it confirmed an overall total reimbursement of $82.59. I had been also informed that my bill was lively. Hi. I disconnected support together on October 26. Well, today they explained my credit was just for $34.63. I questioned why I had been not likely to get the $57.79. Broker stated "you purchase a film on December 10". I began to get upset. I told them I did so not need support together on December 10 and insisted they inform me simply once the film (s) were truly requested they stated used to do not purchase. To begin with, all Primary TV strikes my charge card on document. Once the broker returned about the telephone, he explained among the films was in 2006 and another in 2007. I've had it with IMMEDIATE TV.

How do I get my $57.79. I'm not alone that seems I've been handled shamefully by Direct TV. Our friend likewise had exactly the same issue together. Obviously, when you abandon, they would like to provide you with the moon to obtain you back.
