James Gier (spelling Uncertain) Phone Harrassment Verbal Assaults Threats False Accusations/Claims Incompetent Account Management

In March Wells Fargo started calling to say that I was so many days past due on my car payment. Since then, I have received nearly non-stop, daily calls from their collections department. My bank has faxed documentation to them 7 times showing the payments made and the cashed checks proving that I have made my payments each month since this car was purchased in October. Despite the many many times I have explained this to every idiot that calls from Wells Fargo to accuse me of not making payments, I continue to get calls and threats of repossession... Almost EVERY DAY! The last person who called was named James Gier. He continuously talked down to me, threatened me with repossession, said, "... Whose job is it to make your payments? Yours or mine?' I told that person that I had made my payments every month and he repeated his remarks. I talked with his supervisor (at least I was told Steven Alan) was a supervisor and told him again. The next day my bank faxed again everything current through this month of July. No calls for 3 days, and today they started again. I have had it with these incompetent stalkers. I am ready to let them take the car and shove it where the sun don't shine. I am at my wits end and don't know what it will take to get these morons to stop calling me and threatening me. Thanks for taking my complaint. Congress should do something!
