ASC is trying to drive me to foreclosure. I've been trying for the past nine months to get this company to give me a loan modification. When I finally got an agreement, it expired before it was mailed to me. Not only do they have the worst cust. Serv., but they bounce you around like a tennis ball b/w the many departments and never get a straight answer. They give you different answers to the same issue but neither departments communicate with each other, therefore always hitting a dead end. This company loves to confuse people! They are the worst...
