Eight to Twenty Calls Daily Over Disputed Mortgage Payments

Wells Fargo took over our mortgage after Washington Mutual pocketed some of our payments and now they are threatening to foreclose unless we pay them almost five thousand more dollars. I get anywhere from 8 to 20 calls a day Monday thru Sunday from them and I have written them and asked them via phone to stop calling me with no luck.

The loan was in dispute when Wells Fargo took over (which is a part of Washington Mutual) and I had repaid the same four payments five times but I refuse to keep repaying. I have made every payment since Wells Fargo took over, the same as I did with Washington Mutual. This has been going on since 2001 and I need some to help me fight this thats not afraid of Washington Mutual/Wells Fargo.
