They set up a payment plan with us and described the terms then once we agreed to it and started receiving statements after the payments started being deducted they didn't use the terms they said we would have when we initially set up the plan. When we called to ask why the terms weren't the same as what they told us to get us to go with the plan they said they couldn't do that, it's against company policy and that we were more or less just stuck with it.
