Website and company is a scam. My better judgement told me so, yet i did it anyway. They promise everything under the sun. I ordered help with writing a business plan. They told me it would cost $600. I agreed to a payment plan, luckily i did. After being on the phone for over 3 hours i received a template business plan that 80% of the plan had nothing to do with my business idea. It was a total scam. I called / emailed and left messages for the person that "wrote" the plan, Nina. I was really in shock as to what i received. After 3 days of no one responding to me i sent all parties an email saying that i am requesting my money back and that i want to cancel this agreement. They told me that i have no choice but to continue the process and that my card will be billed no matter what! I was in utter shock. They got their $200 for a botchy template business plan. Bascially, they said that i am not in any way able to get out of this agreement. Attached are their terms http://bizcentralusa.com/terms.html. This agreement basically states that i have no way of a refund, and that i have to continue paying for something i didnt receive.in their terms they state that if i misstreet one of their workers verbally they have the right to cancel the agreement. You see people whats going on here. Your putting your life, all the decisions and freedom that we fight for in this bogus companies hands. They chose not to settle things up or work things out. So it would have been better to curse them out and force them to cancel the agreement than settle this in a proffesional way. I have the right not to be satisfied with the product that you claim to have provided me. Your terms are bogus and we plan on finding more people who were taken advantage of by your company.
