WE Energies BudgetPlan aka billing payment arrangement plan is a program with no public policy, everything is decided behind closed doors.

WE rep's are instructed to make you pay only on the Companys terms and, if you dont agreee with their terms they cut your electric and gas off. No matter if you have paid them on-time. I have never been late on my budget plan of $119.00 a month. Just recently I sent in my April's bill and recieved a call from them.

They called me to tell me I had a diconnection notice comming out on the 18th of May. I asked them why? They said that I only paid a portion of my bill. The man at WE told me that my new monthly payments would be $132.00. BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED

Yes I owe money from arears but that is why I was put on the budget. I am physically not able to work an my daugher is on W2

So they now took me off my budget plan and offered me 3 options and everyone of the 3 options is over the amount I can pay. Is this insane or what???
