Takes house payment, does not credit it and then tells you you didnt pay Ohio

This company takes the payment, does not credit it to your account, then calls and has almost loan shark tactics telling you that you have not made a payment. They refuse to even attempt to resolve the issue, stating you must make a payment that has already been made. The customer service reps are just antagonistic and extremely rude. They are basically defrauding the customer and then attempting to tell the customer they are a deadbeat
