Ripoff customer service is rude and disrespectful

I obtained a loan with AMC Mortgage Services thru Shamrock Financial Services. This has been one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. AMC will NOT work with it's customers. My husband and I are having some financial difficulties and are not able to make a full payment (mind you, our interest rate is outrageous). We are, however, trying to make partial payments in good faith, to let them know we are not shrugging our responsibilities, basically, the payment is $200 short of the full payment... They wont accept it, it is all or nothing.

I said I can make my full May payment on June 9th and then my full June payment on July 7th... I know, 30 days past due, but, better then nothing, so, I thought... They will not accept it. If I send money, they will just hold it... And do nothing with it, until they have full payment. They speak to me as if I am a child and are very rude to me. I told them I don't like to take their phone calls because they are difficult to deal with... Their response, "Well ma'am, we will keep calling until you make your payment" We are trying, they just won't accept it. I have never dealt with such a company before... My stress level has reached an all time high... I just don't know what to do. Who can I contact about this company?
