Is trying to Conn me and their customer service is a JOKE!

Electronics and household app.

I was told by a Conn's employee that there is a 10 day grace period for payemnts to be made. On my last payment I was out of town and would not be able to make the payment till the 9th although the original due date is on the 4th. On the previous month that I made my payment I clearly asked the same ladie who takes my payments every month if it would be a problem that my payment wouldn't be made till the ninth when I got back in town.

She said "no there would be no problem and no interest would be collected unless it was later then 10 days of the due date" I found out today that is a bold face lie. On my last payment, Conn's is trying to charge me 600 dollars in interest after I have made all my payments on time and had no problems ever before!!!

This is my third tv from them but will be my last if they don't resolve this issue. Their corporate office is a joke and their company is terrible when it comes to customer service. I was lied to my face by one of their employees and they are trying to make me pay 600 dollars because of it!!!

Gave inaccurate account number and caused payment to sit in a holding file. Refuses to accept accurate account number via fax and insists on another payment
