Ripoff... Rude and insulting

I was contacted by LHR more than 10 times a day yesterday I recieved a call and while speaking with a gentleman a very rude woman by the name of Hellar began insulting me... Called me a liar... That I shouldnt have children if I cant pay my bills... It went on and on

I called back and asked to speak to a manager to report this very unethical and unprofessional behavior.instead I was cursed by the receptionist and finally transfered to a man named Tony Turmer who also insulted me and said the woman was only stating the obvious. When I asked for the name of his boss he refused and threatened to call the police and charge me with harrassment! Is there anything I can do? Noone should have to be insulted in such a way according to Mr Turmer I gave up my rights when i decided not to pay my bills and if I want customer I'll go out to fast food!
