Rude Representative Refused Company Name and Supervisor Request

This company contacted my residence. The representatives name was Sherod and he was very rude and abusive. When we requested him to give the name of his company, he refused. When we asked to speak with his supervisor, he refused stating that his supervisor was not willing to speak with us. This companies consumer practices are very rude and insulting. I consider this harassment and something needs to be done to protect the consumers from this company. Those who have complaints similar to mine may wish to issue a complaint with the better business bureau. This company show to have a good rating with the BBB, however a few complaints could quickly change this.
