Bay Bridge Towing Rude ripoffs looking to take advantage

I had gotten in a car accident literally right in front of this company's tow yard. They moved my non-operational car and I was told I could pay $75 a day to store it until I decided what to do with it. This all occured on a monday, I had arranged for my car to be picked up tuesday around 4pm. I paid $150 and was told to have my car picked up by 5pm. Easy.
At 4:45pm I received a phone call from the company picking up my car informing me that the employee at Bay Bridge Towing was claiming I hadn't paid and would not release my car. Once I was off work at 6pm I called them to see what had happened and why they were trying to charge me again. The man informed me that the people picking up my car arrived at 5:01pm and that was 1 minute too late, thus I owed for another day. I askerd to speak to the owner, was insulted multiple times, the employee stated "don't tell me what to do" and hung up on me.infuriated and insulted I called back multiple times to no avail.
The next morning I called and unfortunately had to speak nto the same person. He told me he had spoken to his boss and I could get my car that day without an extra charge. He then hung up on me. Again. But great, situation over with... So I thought.
I arrived the next day to get my car and as I am en route I receive a call from yet again, the same incredibly rude employee called me and asked "where are your fu*g keys". I arrived, handed off my keys and that was that.
I truly believe that this company exploited me, took advantage of my situation, saw a girl that was helpless and tried to extort money from me multiple times, all the while insulting me along the way.
I encourage anyone familiar with them to write a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
