HORRIBLE Customer Service— INSULTING

I'm furious from my visit with Fantastic Sams. I wish I got the name of the woman who cut my hair because she was VILE. Right off the bat she tells me my hair looks bad and if I shaved my hair at all. I trim my sideburns so they look well-kept and I've had several tell me that I look fine. She continued to mock me and then say, "nobody should ever give you scissors." EXCUSE ME?! This coming from the plain looking, middle aged bitch. This has happened once again at another time in the past when I came in.

People come to get their hair fixed and to feel good about themselves; NOT TO BE INSULTED CONSTANTLY AND ASKED RUDE QUESTIONS LIKE, "what happened to your hair? Who cut it? Why would you even do something like this?" I'm telling everyone to avoid this place. Even the little blonde receptionist was a bitch and told me no one could help me even though the place was nearly empty and they had two hours left to be open.

You want money? Good luck getting it, you washed out bitches. I'm appalled at such insulting and rude behavior!
