ASC ripoff

Unfortunately my loan too was purchased by ASC. First they are trying to bill me $120.00 for some bogus "Broker Price Opinion" which I never agreed too.
In addition my payments are on auto pay from my bank. ASC returned one of my payments then charged me $46.67 late fee plus 12.50 to pay the payment again on the phone.

I am currently attempting to refinance even though there is an early pay off fee just to get away from them. Beware! This company is a rip-off
