America's Servicing Company took over my loan from Mortgage Lenders Bank.in November we signed a contract for 2 months deferment. Now ASC is charging back these 2 payments, adding them onto the current payment. When I called them they said "this is how it is" and they "have no field to enter it in their system". We shouldn't have to face a possible foreclosure because they are IDIOTS! This is an UNFAIR PRACTICE! What a ripoff!
