Recordings Is Anybody working? Ripoff

This is just great. My loan was also sold by Option One to America's Servicing. I have been trying to contact someone to set up my payments and escrow from my bank account. I have yet to get through. As I read the complaints about this so called company, I am getting very worried. Also this is a company who has no web site and has a P.O. Box to send payments to. It looks as though they must be checking the Box once a month as I read about all the late fees.

Has anyone taken any further steps against this company? If not why?

I hope I can talk to a live person soon, or this matter will be turned over to my attorney (s)!!
