America's servicing company rip-off!

My mortage was chase manhattan mortage which was sold to america's servicing. When they received the loan they stated that I was 3 months behind in payments. When i asked them about the funds in suspense they sd there were none then when they sent to case to their attorney they.

They held my monthly checks and waiting til i as 5 months behind and proceeded with court proceedings. I came to court with the funds i hand. Now i am trying to refinance the mortgage and they are now asking for the same fees again that i paid in court. Who can i turn to to straighten this mess out.
