With holding payments, putting me into default, charging late fees ripoff

I aquired America's Servicing Co. A few years ago as i needed a lower mortgage payment. My loan is also covered with insurance.in Feb. I sent in a check for the insurance plus my monthyly mortgage payment.

The next thing i get a new payment set up by the company saying i owe them more money. I have called an talked to them, they say we have fixed it just send this amount in an it will be fine. Now they are withholding my payments in suspense an say i am in serious default? They are also charging me late fees. I would appreciate any help i can get to resolve this.
