Ripoff Did not provide address for payments when loan was taken sold Fredrick

We just bought our home in July and had a small loan and a large loan from Option One as well. The small loan was sold to America's Servicing Company, we had a hard time getting information about who and where to send our first payment..

I called and called and finally tracked down the company. I found the web site and it has nothing. I am not sure it is the correct web site but the only one i found. I was afraid to wait for them to send us coupons.

All we received from any one about our loan was that it was sold and to who. That was it, the letter stated we would receive payment coupons to send our payments to them and that they would no longer accept payments after the current month on the loan. And again who the payments needed to go to, but just a name, nothing else.

If I had not tracked down the information my self after hours and hours of back and forth calls, then I would been late with my mortgage payment. This is unprofessional. Not that that matters.

They should have a limited amout of time to get this by law to the buyers. I am afraid of the company after all I have read here.
