Unauthorized subscription for 9.95 per month Internet

I have disputed this charge on my credit card. I did receive my credit scores as promised, but much to my surprise I had been serruptitiuosly signed up for a monthly subscription at 9.95 per month.

I had immediately cancelled this subscription after enrolling - which took about an hour to figure out how to do, but they are still trying to charge me!!!

I tried again to cancel the subscription, but, after hacking around in the CIC website for an hour and a half, I could not find the CANCEL button.
