Incompetent citibank home loan employees

I had applied for a preapproval home loan with citibank. I got the preapproval, and went looking for a house, i found the house and put down a deposit and going through the closing process, well the people at citivbank had a hard keeping track of what paperwork they had and didnt have, e-mail after e-mail have copies of about 50 of them and numerous calls to one person after another and to their supervisiors. Well the closing date got closer and citibank said they need a apraisal, survey, and so forth before they could close. Then come to find out citibank does not loan on acreage, really what kind of incompetent employees work there that they can not see that a property has acrage on it (10 acres) until the end when finally another citibank employee sold me "we don't loan on farm or acrage property". And now we are out $3000. On a property we cant get. And we gave them a bail out. And they are not done taking our money.
