Tx Collect - DBA CTI
Ripoff Asked for report contract or any proff I owe money and was ignored

I have sent letters to Tx Collect BDA as CTI for the past three months trying to prove that I don't owe any money to AT&T. This has been done certified return receipt. I have asked what is required of them to do, prove that I owe money with a contract signed by me (or anyone for that matter), the dates of the contract, who I owe the money to or ANYTHING.

My Requests have been promply ignored. When they sign for the USPS it is not legible. They are allowed to use aliases so who do you file suite against? I have been fighting this since 1999 and everytime I get turned down for credit (not very often with a credit score like mine) all the paperwork seems to disappear when the Government steps in and I get "were sorry but no evidence is available to YOU". That is by Law so we get the shaft. I do not condone violence, but some people are alive only because it's the law to kill them
