Does nothing to help collect your child support and takes your kids money

I signed up with Parent Financial many years ago to see if they could help me collect my child support. They offered my 300.00 to sign a contract with them. They offered to collect my child support and locate my absent ex spouse and get me my 30,000 due to me and my kids. They did not even call me for an entire year after i signed the contract. I did not even have a number for them because they never even sent me one to contact them. Thay have NEVER done anything to help me collect my support and now that my ex has payed some money they have taken 5,000 from my children for doing NOTHING to collect it. This place is a FRAUD stay away and NEVER NEVER sign anything - THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR U OR THE CHILDREN
