RIPOFF Make you sign a 3 year contract, then a few months later they CLOSE DOWN Now they have a bad debt listing on my credit report!

I signed up for the Lady of America in Lakeland Fl. They make you sign a 3 yr agreement to use the "gym". A few months afterwards they have closed down and disappear. Now they are trying to collect the balance of my contract and have left a bad debt on my credit report! No way to contact them. Bad business!!!
