Ripoff, stole our money, need oil to keep warm, no money for it now

My husband and I fell for this scam. We really needed money, we were told we would get a 2500 dollar limit credit card, we just had to pay 299 dollars and would get card in 15 days. That was back on 6-22-04, i have been calling ccr the customer service company handling it. I was giving tons of excuses, puters down, they were closed ect. I was told on 10-29 to wait 30 days and i would get my money, Not! Never happend.netchex gave me a fradulent e-mail address also. Please dont fall for this scam. I am going to police station today to file claim!
