Bush And Kennedy - Corneel Williams They could'nt collect $99,513 for me and will not let me out of the contract by not returning calls and their phone is always bussy

Bush and Kennedy tried to collect $99,513 for construction work that my company was never paid for but they couldn't collect it. I am going to have to go to court in order to collect the money and it will cost me alot of $ for a lawyer and possibley 1 to 3 years to collect it. Therefore I am no longer in need of Bush and Kennedy's services since they never collected the money.
They get a percentage of the money collected, but they never collected anything. I now have to pay my lawyer to try and collect the money and have asked Corneel Williams @ Bush and Kennedy several times to cancel my contract since they had no luck over the past 6 months or so collecting the money. He ashures me every time that I will get a contract cancelation faxed over that day and it never comes. I call him back and he appologizes and promises to fax it over but again he never does. I have not been able to get ahold of them for over a week now as there phone is always busy. They are giving me the run around in order to keep the contract intact in the case that I get paid so that they can get there percentage for collecting something that they are not responsible for. I have been completely blown off.
