1) Their call center is located in India, and telephone representatives are completely unknowledgeable about US laws concerning mortgages, escrows, taxes, and so on. So if you need telephone help, you can forget it!

2) CitiMortgage is holding hundreds of dollars above the amount allowed by RESPA in my escrow account, and they are not responding to letters that I have written. This is my money and I want it back!
