Simple Request to Delete Escrow Account Turns Into Nightmare

It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Citimortgage. The request is simple: delete my escrow account.

When we are all facing financial difficulties, Gov. came in to bail them out. Who will come to rescue us? Even if you want your money back, they will not release their hand. I don't know where we can turn to ask for help!

Citimortgage is a disaster!!!
