Bed & TV special (999.99) - 55" LG LED tv

I went in because of the TV add that said buy a 999.99 bed and get a free 51" samsung. So after thinking a longtime about it I went there on Sept 29th and bought a more expensive and better bed and Paid for it while I was there. I was told that it wasn't in stock (of course) but it should be in on Waited of course, because it was not in stock. ETA Oct 19th, They delivered it at 5:30pm which was still in the box. I opened it after souper and the TV completely cracked. I called them and left a vm. Noone got back to me. I called Sat, and talk to someone, that left a message. Went there Sunday, where I dropped off the defective TV, but upgraded to a 55" LG led tv. But it's would be back order until Nov2/12. Of course I wasn't happy, but he said that it should be there on or before that date. The brick called Oct 31, to say that the TV was on Backorder. I called and ask for the salesman to call me, right away. No calls. I called and left a few more messages to him to call me, still no message. I just called Again (Nov 14/12 @ 3:42pm) asking for the Salesman to call me, so I can get the much more expensive TV, along with a sound bar...
