Ordering online from the Brick has been the most frustrating experience of all my online shopping ones. After spending $2,000 on TV and furniture to have shipped to a relative in another Canadian province, it took 4 weeks for her to get the order. I had to call the Brick multiple times to find out what was going on, wait on the phone for ever to talk to someone, send emails that have not been answered, being told by the call centre person that they are ONLY TWO PEOPLE in the call center taking calls from all of Canada!!! Plus they are rude, to finally be told that the tel# for my relative was wrong so they left it at that! They could have called me the payer my tel# or emailed me, no, they did not think about that! Well, that was the first and last time I will order from the Brick.com.
