Salesman customer review - delivery of couches

We mistakenly trusted the BRICK and their merchandise. Not only did the salesman tell us we could return it, a sofa and love seat, but he said they had professional movers that would bring it to our home.

Well, you cannot return anything to the BRICK. So that was lie number one.

Secondly, the movers were three young men who could have cared less about how they treated my home. I showed the first person the route they would take to bring in the furniture; he never removed his shoes, and just walked through my home with water and snow where ever it fell. I showed the second mover the route, same thing, never removed his footware.

Then the best part, they create a hole in my wall (pillar actually) and its big. Not something you need to look to find, it jumps right out at you. Three inches high, two inches wide and an inch deep. Took the plaster off the pillar totally.

I called the BRICK. They would call me back, I was told. When they called back, I was told the next day someone from the warehouse would call me in the morning. They never did. I called again, and was told they would call within 72 hours. Its Thruday the 23rd of December, obviously no one is calling me back within 72 hours.

THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOME and then give you the run-around.
