Directv talks about how they have the happiest customers but we are all not happy. They stick you with a contract that cost money to get out and force you to spend several hours a month on the phone dealing with their billing practices. You should know this before joining cuz once you join you are stuck calling them monthy or paying WAY to much! Just last month I had to laugh when their phone rep an hour into conversation acted like the situation was resolved. My bill should be $132 and the bill was for $174. When I asked what my bill would be now that the issue was resolved the rep said $232!!! He resolved my issue by increasing my bill. 2 hours later they figured it out?
