Worn-out electric shopping carts at Kokomo store

As a handicapped person I am so tired of getting electric carts that can no longer be repaired as they are wore out. I shop the store in Kokomo, IN. You feel like you are being bumped right and left as the tires are all worn out.
They are old and it is time to spend some of those profits on new carts.
