Installer Smelled of Beer and Offer of One Free Month

For installation they had send guy who smelled beer all over him... Very bad, and lazy guy. And direct TV exposed my house to drunk...
I am not only unhappy, but to cover up this they try to give me one month free service to expose my house to drunk. I did not accept that. I had ask for six month free service... Naturally said no to that. I would not advice any one to get direct tv service.
