Direct TV Red Zone / NFL Ticket - RED ZONE

I switched to Direct TV from comcast because of a family drop in income. We did this approx in feb-march period. We inquired about the football packages and most specifically RED ZONE. They did not know how it would be offered and to call in a month if it was free or a fee. A month later NFL Ticket/Red Zone was offered free with all new subscriptions. So if I ordered it a month later it would be free. They say they can not do anything for me. Keep in mind I only wanted truly Red Zone that comcast charged me $5 a month for. I can not pay this amount. Mostly because I can not afford it. I wanted to write this review because Direct TV are vultures and bad people. Consider my dilemma when you consider direct TV. I am shouting from the roof tops that they are not customer service and they will rip you off given the opportunity.
