You lied to me!

Why did you tell me you could get me local channels for Denver before we signed up and then after we get hooked up we get told oh sorry this can't happen? I can watch any preseason football, network tv shows, or Denver news. We live 2hours from Denver. This was one of the most important features we were looking for in a tv service, and when you commit to something you need to deliver! Now I am stuck in a 2year contract for tv that I don't even want to watch, while all of my neighbors get to watch the Denver preseason games on cable. Switched to you from comcast when I moved to nebraka from Colorado for my job, and really wishing they were available here. I already emailed you about this on your customer service website so I am not expecting to hear anything back from you, but feel like you should make this right.in this case money is not the issue, it is your poor service and lack of commitment. Very disappointed in direct tv all around.
