New Service - DirecTv Company itself

I called Directv for pricing and questions regarding new service. I let them know that my parents had it, I liked it and was interested in purchasing it depending on the price. I told the customer service lady that I was also looking at Comcast also and they had a package for internet and cable for 79.99, I thought that was a good price for what they offered and asked if Directv had anything comparable. She just kept talking about the NFL network, I told her even though I do love football Im more interested in the Premium channels that Comcast was offering and would like to know what the same things would cost through Directv, She informed me that I cut her off and she was trying to tell me when I rudely interrupted! I was offended and dropped the call. I called back a couple minutes later to speak with a manager and I got another customer service person, she explained that she could help me. I told her what happened and she apologized and said that she would help, I agreed. I told her that I want something comparable to the Comcast 79.99 package and let her know everything it included. She said that directv was number 1 in service and this is what we offer, NFL sunday ticket... I said Ma'am I just want to know what the price you will charge for the premium channels with internet will be, she hung up the phone!!! I called back again and asked to speak to a manager and the customer service person said they were not available! I asked if they could call me back and she just said "no".

I swear that I have never had worse customer service in my entire life than Ive had in the last 30 minutes with directv. I have never written a review, even with bad service so this should tell you something. I am extremely disappointed to the point where I will not only get directv but will tell my parents to cancel their service as soon as possible.
