Lost customer over lying about $50 move charge

When I switched fromt Dish to Direct, I was told there would be no move charge and when I called today to notify them I was moving they told me its going to be $110 dollars and then came back with $50 dollars. Its not about the money and would not care of it was $1! They said no charge to move and now its costing them a customer and more money than of they would have just done what they said they would. I emailed Mr, White and I am sure will not hear back from no one as I dont think they would care about one customer:) Funny how one lie over $50 dollars can cost a company thousands over time and would rather me cancel my service. I would rather pay to cancel my service to a company that would lie to me than pay the $50 dollars!
