Customer service - Awful Customer Service

I have been a DirecTv subscriber for over 10 years. I have subscribed to the NFL Sunday ticket for all of that period and to NHL Center Ice for at least eight years. The November 4th hockey gane rangers vs flyers was not listed on center ice. I called the game will be shown on channel 634 MSG. I do not subscride to the sports channels since the hockey is available on center ice. I requested that the sports channels be authorized for free. That has been done in the past when the center ice was having problem. This time I was told I would have to sign up and pay $12.95 for a minimum of 30 days to view the one game. At one time I had five DVR's. I am now down to 1 and have signed up for ATT uverse The lack of return loyalty is appalling and leading me to cancel DirecTv entirely. After 10 years and a lot of money paid to direcTv I hope the $12.95 is worth the loss of my business entirely. I dealt with Estelle #406017, supposedly a supervisor.
