Direct Tv wants you to pay more money than you should have to in order to get a problem resolved! I have an extended service plan but they still want me to pay an extra $50 for them to move a box from one room to another! This is ridiculous!!! I told them that it seems that they're just out to make a buck and what the customer needs doesn't matter!
