WOW they are bad! - shitv

Wow what a great deal, DirecTV for $29.99 p/m and a $100 gift card!!! Dream on, this deal is not what you think. I signed up online for this great deal, while doing so I was guided by one of the online representatives so I would do everything "right". So I sign up, set up my installation appointment, and now have cable (which is not the best, and the options are not what expected). Today I go to look on my bank account and see that Directv charged me $70.93, wow that is nothing close to the $29.99 p/m they advertised and promised. I called to resolve the issue and hopefully have the difference credited back to my account. I talked to three representatives, and a supervisor all four where rude and avoided the fact that it was their companies miss representation of information which created this problem. I am very upset and will not be getting my money back, I hope no one signs up with this unfair, un-ethical company. I am now locked into a 2 year contract (and the rebate is only good for a year). DirecTV should really consider the business that they do.
