The worst customer service eve

I have been lied to over and over again. Direct tv tells you one thing, the tech comes out and tells you another. Three times now. Enough is Enough. Then I get a call and they try to give me free hbo big deal. They already robbed me with there fees on installation. The Worst Ever. The only reason we have it is for the football package. I will tell everyone of the horrible experiences and hours on the phone talking to people all over the country. Please think again do not get direct tv. Horrible horrible
